Calmex for cats is a bespoke blend of vitamins and minerals designed to help your feline friend to stay calm in stressful situations. A cat under stress can display a varied array of symptoms, such as over grooming, hiding, being clingy, changes in appetite, change in temperament, increased scratching or inappropriate toileting. Anxiety in cats can have equally as many causes, such as a trip to the vets, new cats either in the house or in the neighbourhood, many or unusual guests, fireworks and thunder. Calmex is made with L-tryptophan, a naturally produced amino acid usually found in the diet which helps the body to produce serotonin, essential for your dog’s sense of wellbeing. Calmex also includes B-Vitamins to help support your canine companion’s nervous system, and Piper Methysticum plant extract, long used for anxiety troubles.
